By submitting a karaoke track request you acknowledge and agree that SGL Tracks acts solely as a service provider to prepare and upload karaoke tracks to third-party platforms such as StarMaker.

Once the requested track is uploaded and made available on StarMaker, SGL Tracks’ responsibility ends at successful upload.

Any issues related to StarMaker’s copyright policies, account restrictions, technical availability, server downtime, takedowns, or other platform actions are outside SGL Tracks’ control and must be resolved with StarMaker directly.
